Yas Waterworld, Abu Dhabi reopened its doors exclusively for annual passholders on August 3 as a sign of appreciation. Now from August 4,2020 the waterworld is open for all the visitors with valid online bookings.
Yas Waterworld’s Dana welcomed back the fans in Souk Qaryat Al Jewana after a long period of closed operations due to Covid-19. A “Brand New Day” choreographed dance was also enjoyed by the fans ahead of the grand re-opening’s countdown of the World’s Leading Water Park. A series of enhanced precautionary measures to ensure health and safety of all the guests have been introduced by Yas Waterworld. This includes making sure that limited capacity of 30% is adhered by Annual Passholders. In addition to that thermal screening cameras have been installed, safe distance markers have been put at all rides and outlets, riding capacity for all rides are modified, and the dining and shopping experiences have also been modified accordingly.
Guests visiting the waterpark are advised to follow the precautionary measures like face masks wearing, following the social distance markers, regular sanitizing hands, undergoing thermal scanning on entry and opting for contactless payment options at all shopping counters. Face masks will be provided free to all guests on entry. The timings of Yas Waterworld are daily from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
