H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor received US Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo on Wednesday. The two diplomats discussed a large array of regional and international issues along with future prospects of strengthening the strategic relations between the friendly countries.

Mike Pompeo is currently in UAE as part of his multi-countries tour in the region. The diplomats explored many developments in relation to the global fight against Covid-19 pandemic and the efforts by both nations in controlling the pandemic crisis.

Sheikh Tahnoun and Pompeo further conferred the peace agreement between UAE and Israel and the impact of this in extending peace and stability in the region.
