Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management announces conditions for residents returning to Dubai

The Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management in Dubai has issued a statement, clarifying the necessary conditions for residents returning to Dubai. According to the conditions, residents are required to apply for an entry permit through the website of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs - Dubai for planning a visit to the city.

Furthermore, all returning residents also have to present a certificate declaring that they have tested COVID-19 negative through a valid PCR test before they board the flight and upon arrival at the UAE airports. They are required to download the COVID-19 DXB Smart App on their mobile phones.

Meanwhile, residents who will present COVID-19 negative test results at the airport are not required to undergo a mandatory 14-day quarantine.

The UAE leadership is gradually reopening its economic activities to the world after successfully controlling the transmission of COVID-19 virus across the country.
