On Tuesday, the UAE residents in some parts experienced cloudy conditions, rain and dusty skies.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued warnings in some parts of the country as strong winds blow dust into the air. Residents of Al Ain, Abu Dhabi and Dubai have reported dusty skies.
Drivers have been asked to stay cautious while on the roads as dusty conditions might impact visibility. These conditions are expected to last on Tuesday till 7pm.
Residents of Dubai, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Fujairah experienced rain on Tuesday afternoon. Residents have shared video clips of rain on the social media.
The NCM has said that rainy conditions are expected through the entire week. Showers are expected in the UAE’s southern and western areas, like parts of Abu Dhabi. As the sea is expected to be “rough” with increasing cloudy activity, those planning a beach outing might want to rethink the plans, according to a statement by the NCM.
