In line with ongoing efforts and precautionary measures taken to prevent the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced the activation of its TAWSEEL service, in order to provide its services using a government vehicle that offers MOHRE services to its customers at their premises in a convenient time. The new service has been launched in alignment with the government's vision that encourages the innovation of smart solutions to make individuals' lives easier and provide them with high quality services.
The service comes in light of precautions taken to contain the spread of COVID-19, as the Ministry stopped service provision at TAS-HEEL and TADBEER offices, while activating several smart service channels.
TAWSEEL is a trade mark owned by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation that was launched last year to provide services to senior citizens and people of determination. It is currently being activated to all segments and services and without additional fees.
Public can access services through Taw-seel application to make a service appointment or call 8008585 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday through Thursday.
