Dubai Health Authority has announced the closure of its COVID-19 vaccination centre in Al Warqa, a residential suburb in the city.
Taking to social media, the DHA stated that the Albait Metwahid Al Warqa COVID-19 Vaccination Centre will stop providing vaccination services to people with effect from March 17.
People having prior appointments for vaccination after the said date will be sent a message directing them to visit another centre for inoculation services in the emirate.
“We will send an SMS with details of the new location for your vaccination appointment,” DHA said on Twitter.
Earlier in January, the DHA closed One Central COVID-19 vaccination centre located near Dubai's financial centre.
