On Tuesday, all public parks in the residential areas in Sharjah have re-opened.

Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah has directed Sharjah Municipality to open all the public parks located in residential areas in Sharjah starting from Tuesday, October 19.

Parks in Sharjah had closed in early 2020 as part of the precautionary measures taken against the COVID-19 pandemic. With the UAE's successful tackling of the pandemic and the gradual return to pre-Covid times, many places have reopened, including parks.
