The Ajman Executive Council, chaired by H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Council, reviewed during its 6th session in 2021, the report by emirate’s crisis and emergency team regarding the on going COVID-19 pandemic, developments around it and local cases.

The meeting highlighted the significant efforts taken to raise awareness about vaccination, as a very large percentage of the local population is vaccinated. The readiness of health facilities and hospitals to contain the crisis and its repercussions was also noted. Along with the range of precautionary measures being practiced by businesses to curb spread of the virus.

To conclude, the Council advised those who are concerned to do more vigorous inspection campaigns and monitoring of stores and facilities in order to ensure that the COVID-19 safety measure are being followed as per the local authority’s instructions.
